Our law firm extends our hearts and prayers to the victims and their families in this tragic accident. Normally, accidents of this nature are caused by negligence or intoxication. Per the report from the Louisiana State Police, they do not believe impairment to be a factor. It goes to show that even when people take proper precautions, wear their seat belts, and drive safely, accidents still can happen. When they do, you may need the assistance of an attorney.

Potential Benefits to Hiring a Shreveport Truck Accident Injury Lawyer
There are lots of reasons (and benefits) to working with an attorney when it comes to your injury claim. Some have to do with money and financial compensation, others have to do with having peace of mind and the ability to focus on your recovery. In our opinion, insurance companies have their own lawyers representing them. Those attorneys are personal injury lawyers, just like us. However, unlike us, they do NOT have YOUR best interests in mind. That’s because they are paid to protect the insurance company.
