Richard Arsenault Speaking at Multiple Symposiums This Spring

Attorney Richard Arsenault will be speaking at multiple symposiums this year. The Ft. Lauderdale Epiq Mass and Class  will be held on February 12-14, 2025 and will include discussions in the class action and mass tort industry. Richard will speak on two presentations at Mass Torts Puerto Rico, taking place on May 05-07, 2025, which is a for attorneys by attorneys event with some of the most outstanding and highly respected trial lawyers in the country. Richard is also speaking on a panel entitled “Navigating Mass Torts from the Unique Perspective of the Judiciary; Practical Guidance and Insightful Observations” at MTMP Las Vegas April 1-3, 2025 which is a conference for plaintiff attorneys and their paralegals to network and learn the latest insights into the top mass torts and class action lawsuits in the country.

 

The New York Times has referred to Arsenault as a “big player” in the legal community. The Wall Street Journal has described him as having “national notoriety” and as a “big gun” among attorneys in competition for national leadership roles. Richard has over 300 articles and presentations to his credit and has authored many Law Review articles including one published in Federal Courts Law Review. Among other writings, he co-authored the chapter on Multidistrict Litigation in an ABA treatise. Richard was also asked by Judge Heyburn, JPML Chair, to participate in the Panel’s “Multidistrict Litigation Study Project”. He has personally participated in negotiating over $3.5 billion in complex litigation settlements in the last five years.
